NO ASSISTANCE!!

KFC Customer care line is not helpful at all!!!

I placed an order with the online App on the 27th of November and when I got to the store, the store was closed!

I then phoned customer care and logged my refund! I was told that everything was done, and I should receive my refund soon! This morning I decided to phone customer care to follow up on my refund, and the person who then helped me told me that there was NO refund requested for me!

This is unacceptable! I expect people to do the jobs they app**** for! but just nothing happens? did they think that I would just forget about my money?
