No apology after messed up order

KFC KABEGA in Gqeberha gave me the worst experience. I bought some dunked wings and upon arrival at home, I realised that I was served "dry" wings and not dunked wings.

It seemed liked they ran out of the soy sauce and honey. My wife tried to eat them, couldn't go beyond 2. We decided to return them.

I waited in line to state my case and the lady took my package to the back, few minutes later returned it and said NOTHING....when she walked away i waited and she returned and said, it is sorted.

I took it and opened it and saw they have app**** the "dunk" sauce appropriately to the remains....however THERE WAS NO APOLOGY...after driving 15min and wasting my petrol for their INCOMPETENCE.

I was really disappointed
