Night shift staff not working

I went to a KFC branch in Southgate on Thursday at around midnight. There were many women employees on duty however they appeared not to be doing anything that was customer related. The queue was long and I think after my order was taken I was forced to wait for 10 minutes. It eventually turned out that the cashier after taking our orders had to go dish out. When quizzed about the lethargic behaviour of his colleagues he said they were not willing to assist. Please investigate.
