Night shift
<p>Time and time again when going to KFC Alberton at night thru the drive thru you wait aprox 30 min before you get to the window to order and pay. Tonight the same thing so we decided to go in, which was much faster than the drive thru and besides the fact that there were no other customers. But, they only have 2 people on duty. One lady takes orders and payment and one prepares the order. Surely if a company offers 24hour services, there must be sufficiant staff to be able to cope with the night shifts. I feel sorry for these people, its poor planning and management.</p>
