New product - cannot get it anywhere??

Since the KFC Kit Kat Krusher is being advertised everywhere, I decided to try it out. I live on the West Rand and have been to the Strubensvalley KFC, the Noordheuwel KFC, the Keywest KFC and the Wilrogate KFC. The stores have either told me that they 'have no ice cream', they cannot make the Krusher, or the machine is broken. I phoned the Wilrogate branch on Sunday and they said they sell it and can make it and I must just ask for Kele. I then went to the store. The man that takes the orders in the drive thru then told me that their machine is broken. I said that Kele said they can make the Krusher. I then waited about 15 minutes for two Krushers and Kele said that she had to make a really big plan for me to make these. Why is it such a effort to make this Krusher, or any Krusher at all??? Why advertise it EVERYWHERE and then the stores cannot provide it to the public?? The Krusher that I eventually received wasn't great at all. The Noordheuwel KFC on Robert Broom hardly ever has ice cream and I think its such poor service.
