New Management, KFC Kempton Park near ARWYP.

So we have been going to this branch for quite some time, myself and Bae- with no problems at all. If I got there first, I would wait for him before we order, and he'd do the same as well. No problem! Apparently it is now under new management. So we went there on Monday (11.02.2019) and I got there and started working, waiting for Bae to come through before we could order. The security came to me and told me that I am not allowed to sit in their restaurant without buying. The term that was used was 'loitering'. The manager also came and tried to explain the same thing (Bae came just after the security). We did not mind that, but who told them we would not buy and eat? Even if we bought food at that time, would we enjoy our peace? Is there a specific time to get into a restaurant and eat? And shame the staff could understand what we were saying but couldn't do anything about it. We also understand the new rules, but if it must be enforced, why not put up a formal notice to alert the customers of such? I mean we were looked at as if we would rob the place! KFC management, I know that you have rules, but the same customers that boost you, will be the same customers who discredit you! Please put up a notice on your walls because we we literally harassed- and your staff members are scared of loosing their jobs, they cannot do anything about your rules! Be fair...
