New Colonel Burger

Hi<br> <br> I would like to bring to your attention the quality of products your store in 17th Quarter Port Elizabeth is selling. The picture attached is suppose to be a Colonel Burger, since when does the fillet come in several small thin pieces??? Absolutely disgusting. Furthermore whilst waiting for this disgusting food, there were 2 gentlemen waiting to be served for 20 minutes they stood. When they continued to ask will someone please help us, the reply they got was NO, they too busy at the moment!!! <br> <br> I must say the quality of the food from KFC over the years is on a drastic roller coaster to dreadful. I continue to give KFC chance after chance but consistently get terrible food and service.
