Never purchase kfc. They care less

Hi I've always loved kfc especially for their efficiency but I will never recommend anyone to purchase from them especially in this time and age where we no longer just jump in vehicles and make purchases we now do things online and get deliveries I live in Florida park south Africa in Johannesburg I bought food from chicken licken, McDonald's and various food places and the past 8 years never experienced a issue with deliveries and awesome service I warned about kfc yet took a Chance and booked on an app called Uber eats firstly I waited 2 hours for my food then decided to go on the app to see what's taking so long I seen my food was done at 14:37 this afternoon and the driver drops my food at a home which I have no idea where it is but leaves it on the floor at someone's gate and takes a Picture of it sends it to me and walks away I decide to jump in my car and make my way to kfc Florida which was disappointing because regardless of them finding nothing wrong leaving someone's good on the floor as if we dogs they couldn't assist me by telling me where the Uber driver dropped my food and refuse to call the driver even though they had his number they took my money from my account delivered no food and rather shifted the blame and told me it's Uber problem and then made empty promises telling me Uber will give me a call firstly I will never purchase from u guys and will remmend nobody to do as well because u guys are just about money u think nothing of whoever orders from u guys are hungry fortunate for me could afford another meal but there are those that who knows could been their last money and 1st meal for the day and u guys just give *********** companies to deliver your food to wrong houses still leaving it on the ground and then say it's not your problem well I promise McDonald's I give them 5 stars for their service and chicken licken they take the extra mile and make sure they assist their customors to the best of their ability much appreciated and safest way to go
