Never ordering from KFC ever again.

I ordered a meal from KFC Delft Mall today, to be delivered to me. The order was finalised at 14:41 and was supposed to take 30 minutes. The meal was delivered to me at 16:51, more than 2 hours later. The food was cold, and there was 5 pieces of chicken inside, instead instead of the 6 pieces that I bought and paid for. I want to make it known thay I don't plan to ever order food from KFC ever again. Such unprofessional and inconsiderate service.
