never ordering delivery again!

What is wrong with kfc's delivery service?You pay a fee of R15 rand and there food is not exactly cheap but they take almost 2 hours to deliver when u stay a few metered from their store and they get your order wrong every time! We ordered our food an hour later it still hasn't arrived (happens every time) so we phoned to find out if it was still coming only to get told that the driver is out delivering and he sshould'vetaken our order with the first delivery.iI told the lady on the phone that if our food was cold I did not want it and she assured me it would be delivered with the next round of orders and that someone should've told me they had only one driver and it would take a while? 40 min after our phone call it arrived,while we tried to check if it was not cold the driver walked off with a big fat attitude and drove off.we then discovered our cold food was also not what we ordered!cmon KFC where's your customer service and management.Florida road KFC is a busy branch areyou to cheapskate to hire aanother driver for deliveries and maybe one with manners at that!its an extra busy night and youonly have one driver?who wants to eat cold food.will never support your branch again!
