Never order online with kfc

Order some food from kfc mall of africa yesterday for my kids around past 11am on the kfc app little did I know that would be the biggest mistake I did, the food was supposed to be delivered 30min later after I have placed the order, but till today I haven't received anything and those rude employees of kfc haven't done anything about my complaints, yesterday in the afternoon I thought I should call the shop to find out but all I got was a rude lady that told me the is nothing she can to help me my food is the and the is Noone to deliver my food when I called the customer care was being transferred to another department where I was put on hold for over an hour until I ran out of airtime, later on got an sms saying my order has been canceled will get a refund till today I haven't seen anything all I get is agents telling me that I will get a call from one of the agents but no1 ever calls and my money is still with them and haven't gotten any food
