NEVER KFC in my life again

I always use to enjoy Kentucky, although I have to add our opinion and that of almost every friend we have are clearly under the impression KFC standards in the past few years have dropped. So much so that it use to be a monthly treat, but as I had a few bad experiences in 2021, we stopped buying Kentucky. This weekend we had family over and as we were busy we decided to give KFC another go. What a disaster. Firstly they ***** from you as the majority of the time we buy a 21 piece bucket and never check it, but in this case we had 10 people to feed and decided the 21 piece will work well, as it would be 2 pieces each, guess what only 19 pieces in the bucket. (take 1 or 2 from every client and how much profit is that) The mash was also clearly diluted, as with the Gravy my normal soup is thicker, at least the dogs enjoyed it, and of course and chest part of the bucket is so dry you want to choke, I am just sorry I have given them so many opportunities, but NEVER again, totally disgusted ( this time it was Blue Valley mall, but on previous occasions it has been more than one branch
