Never have sundae ingredients

Not sure why I even bother trying to order a chocolate brownie sundae anymore from KFC. Does not matter which branch I go, they are always out of stock of the ingredients . Not only is it a waste of time and petrol , but also very frustrating having to wait behind other vehicles as I now try get out of the drive through .
