Never going back to KFC coast lands umhlanga,pathetic servive

This morning my husband n I experienced the worst customer service ever at the KFC coast lands at umhlanga.we had decided to have a quick breakfast and proceeded to their drive,so we went thru to place our order at the intercom which looked broken,we had asked the lady if she wanted us to proceed to the window to place our order but she insisted on taking the order thru the intercom, where we had to shout out our order which she she still cud not here n then after a while she asked us to come thru to the window.we had gone to the window ,placed our order,paid and proceeded to the next window.to our amazement we had waited a long 15 min ,during which no staff members communicated with us and their faces was so unpleasant with an attitude n made it seem as though we was not dr.the next thing we notice another car (a policeman which was not the same race as us)comes up behind us places his order n within 5 min he had received his order n left.we was furious,it felt as if we was discriminated because we was not in uniform or of their race.it was really pathetic how can we be treated differently yet we was there first.no one had come up to us to even inform us as to the reason for the delay in our meal.we was only attended to wen my husband jumped out the car n went to the window n called for someone to ask wat was happening n as to why the person after us got his meal before us.we will never go back to KFC again,it was the worst experience ever for a Monday morning.they had just ruined our whole day.the staff is very unfriendly with bad attitudes. I would not even rate them 1 star.
