never eating at kfc again. waterglen was the last

Absolutely fed up with the service at KFC in Pretoria. Waterglen shopping centre, Hazeldean shopping centre, Gift Acres shopping centre. Last night was the last straw, after attempting to place an order and having to correct the window lady more than 5 times, her ability to understand us and her complete lack of knowledge of their own menu was shocking. We paid and proceeded to the collection window where we were presented tubs of gravy with no mash potato, a fully loaded which we didnt order(was meant to be a wicked zinger which the lady clearly couldnt understand). The lady at the collections window was very quick to blame the lady who took the order but had some sort of difficulty giving us a correct wicked zinger box meal. The burger was swopped for a zinger burger but the chicken was not replaced with zinger wings. With the manager intervening it was made clear by her that we had not orderded correctly? Which came as a shock because its not our job to know their menu. Complete lack of care or concern from the manager woman, she was terribly rude and basically shouted at us. Clearly these people have no desire to take our money. The food was terrible to top of the debacle.
