Never can get it right

The app has so many issues from cancelling orders after payments, to orders not sent to store and not relaying address to drivers correctly, to orders being delivered on app but no delivery in person. I have used the app at least 6 times and at least 4 of the times it won't be delivered or the store never recieved or there some new excuse each time. I have given this a chance but spending hours wasting my airtime calling customer care just makes this pointless. I wish I could rate lower then 1.
