Never buy KFC

So i am in Caledon all the way from Johannesburg and out of all the places i decide to drive about 20km to the kfc at the mall. On my google maps and at the door of the store it said that they close at 21:00. Me and 3 other families stood infront of the door and the staff inside refused us service. This was at 20:21. How can a well established business like this still tolerate such poor service. The locals that were also waiting outside told me that this is a regular thing.
