Never Buy from KFC at Sand Ridge Centre - Midrand

We purchased from the KFC at Sand Ridge Centre in Midrand on 12 July 2015 at 21:56pm, at the time of purchase we were told that the hot wings will take 12min to prepare, there was no chicken prepared and there was only 2 zinger burgers, and that the pops will take 4min. However this took much longer we only got the food at 22:26pm. This is unacceptable to lie to customers on the prep time, how can KFC have no chicken available as this is the core of business. Unless the staff was still out back washing the chicken on the floors. When the food was taken home we found that the patty on the burgers were as small as chicken strips and rock hard as we could not bite into it, we have pictures and the actual burger to prove this. As for the wings, some were only fat rolled in the crumbs and fried, this is shocking to see what kind of service we get as customers and how bad the quality has now become of the food given to us. This caused the kids and ourselves with bad tummy cramps and regular bathroom use. As for the mash, it is now smash and tastes disgusting. This has caused us to not purchase from any KFC branch from now, especially since the last viral video that was released. #2129.
