Never been so disappointed!

Got one star only because there's no zero! So I ordered some food online. This was all before 7pm. App said food will be delivered by 7:35. Uber eats only got there 8:35...how the hell? The time kept on changing. Told them I don't want the food anymore. That I want to cancel the order. I want my money back! They just ignored me!!!!
