Never ask for ice at KFC

Twice in one week - first at Whale Coast Mall KFC and just now at Gordon's Bay branch - I ordered streetwise 2 with Coke in cup WITH ice. Both times I didn't get the ice. do you train people to not put ice in when ice is specifically ordered?
