Never again

So I go to order and as normal I pay and wait ..... I get my order and I leave ...get home and the mash and gravy is not there ............ I get in the car go back where I found my problem .... Im in my car by the drive through and this guy comes up and demands nuggets and I say no ...he won't leave and keeps asking I say no he hits my window I say go away he flipped me the finger and kicked my wheel ...speaking to the manager about him his response is they can't do anything ??????? I'm woman alone in my car with a man trying to force me to buy him food by your shop making me feel uncomfortable and they can't help ??????
