Never Again

Every single time I set foot in the store, something happens. The service is always unsatisfactory. KFC Maponya always looks anything but clean, the staff looks and speaks like they'd much rather be somewhere else and they never make the mistake of even trying to be helpful. One waits for orders way too long than is acceptable and no apology/ excuse to that regard is ever offered. The staff look like they'd all been wearing the same hairnets for the past month. And, one always needs to carry cash as paying with your card is, for some reason, never an option
