Negligent KFC staff at Belhar Mall Cape Town

Tonight at 21:00pm I went to the drive in at KFC Belhar Mall in Belhar Cape Town. There was a long line at the drive in and when it was my turn after waiting already 10 minutes to get to the front of the que I placed my order at the ordering machine. When I got to the window where I was suppose to pay there was no one helping. Lights were on slips was there but no person to take my order. I then followed the car in front of me and proceeded to the next window where you would take your order. The lady at the window was assisting the customer with his payment and asked me to reverse my car. I did so but stopped at the bend as it is very narrow and waited for her to finish taking the previous customers payment in order for her to assist me. She then shouted at me to reverse again to the previous window where they would normally take payments. The road is very narrow and there were lots of cars behind me. While I was reversing I accidentally bumped my car against a pole that was on the pavement. I then waited for the lady to finish with the previous customer and proceeded to the window where she helped the previous customer. She then informed me that she cannot take payments at the same window where she helped the customer before me. I asked to speak to the manager who wasn't very helpful either. They gave me my 10 piece family treat without giving me any slip or anything. The managers name is Zukiswa
