NEGLIGENT

ordered a meal for my kids the delivery guy left my food outside the gate in a wrong address.I went to the branch to ask for assistance as I paid for what I needed manager told me I must deal with the delivery guys. I need to know how u guys deal with customers the way they treated me in KFC FOUNTAIN PLAZA PROTEA GLEN one of the staff even mentioned that the was a client last week with the same issue I have never seen such behavior since ever I have been ordering online untill I get this HOW DO U LEAVE A PARCEL OUTSIDE IF YOU DONT GET THE OWNER WHY DIDN'T THEY TOOK IT BACK TO THE STORE. I need my money to be refunded as soon as possible. Melvin the store Manager also need some proper training
