Negligent

I bought twister duo on 4th February at campus Square(kingsway/Melville) with coke n stoney cold drink, i had the other twister with coke on the 4th on the 5th when i wanted to eat the other meal only to reliase the stoney is over diluted its literally water sooo disappointed. I reported this to kfc on the 5th February they called me within 48 to apologize and promising to refund me immediately,2 week late i called again regarding the sms they said they going to send with refund details, they told me they sending the case number which i will use instore on my email that was on Tuesday 21st till now nothing

If they can give you water for a drink i wonder what they putting on those oils they using to fry our food!!!!
