Negligence of customer service

Hallo... I stay around Umbilo, i am a KFC customer for years but i was very disappointed on friday 09/02/24. I was coming from work and i ask for a glass of water and the lady gave me an attitude never serve tap water, i didnt have 50c to buy glass i was carrying a card and it doesn't make sense to swipe for 50c. So a person can faint in your stores because we are not allowed to be serve water but we good customers when we are buying. Queensmead Mall KFC im thanks shame
