Negligence and poor service

Firstly I ordered at 20:16, time on my slip. I only got my food at 20:54. No apology from staff. I ordered a all in one plus and only to find when I got home that the coleslaw is passed its sell by time. It was made on the 3rd August 18:30 and supposed to be sold by today 4th August 18:30.
