Neglecting an orders details

so you have this oh so easy order online and then Mr d collects and delivers for you its great!!! but when placing the order and selecting all the things you want or in my case DONT want and your order arrives wrong and you only have 10 min to eat before the next meeting its awful. i ordered a classic twister with extra cheese and NO garnish.. advertised as fresh and warm i got rock hard chicken a dried out wrap 1 bite of cheese and LOTS of garnish.. i am a kfc fan i eat it every chance i get this was my first time ordering from N1 city and i must say it was the worst kfc i have ever eaten. the chicken was so hard i could hear it crunching as i tried to chew
