Need some *** of intervention in this matter

I have ordered KFC delivery but the order was canceled. I received the following email Oh no! We were unable to find a driver and had to cancel your delivery order 111346. We have refunded your order for the amount of R 155.89. Depending on your bank it may take up to 14 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account.

2-3 months later, nothing has been refunded to me. It is not a lot of money but the principles remain.
