Need my refund from KFC I have been waiting.

I ordered online Sunday the 5th of December. Ordered the special of 15 pieces for R99.95 kfc Sherwood in Durban used my cheque card to pay and the payment went through but my order was not delivered. I called Sherwood kfc and they said they haven't received my order. They requested all documents including order number, proof of payment with us my bank statement. No one ever came back with a feedback. Need my my and they can keep their bad service.
