Need my refund ASAP

I ordered food on Mr D at the Katlehong Crossing KFC for R222. My Oder ref was #DFD*** and it was a collection order on the 15/12/24. When I went to go pick up my food the staff did not pay attention to me at all and when they did, they were so rude to me that I decided to leave without even getting my food because it was late and I didn’t want my uber driver to cancel. I told them that the price for my uber would go up and they told me to cancel it and to not waste their time… they were just so rude to me. To this day I still haven’t gotten a refund for my order and i wasted my money even going there. I need my money back! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
