Nearly died for chicken

It was the 26 th of November at about 18:30 in Pinetown at the kfc that is opposite cambridge and the taxi rank next to Quality. I thought I would just grab something to eat there as I was on my way home, but I regret ever taking that decision. When I got to the entrance there was a man blocking it with both his arms, as I approached he said " there's no more meat FUSEGANI" which means **** off, thinking it was a staff member I then asked if that was the correct way to address customer, then the man starting shouting insults calling me a *****, threatening that he will hit me and my whole family, I was so scared I just turned back and started walking away. Out of nowhere the kfc security came to said and said he is sorry he put that man on gaurd there because he needed to go across the street to a vendor to buy a loose cigarette. He was DRUNK. When his friend saw him speaking to me, he again came towards me with his hands up still cursing and yelling, the security guard turned back with him and I walked away, shaking scared for my life because I wasn't sure if he was following me or not. How can someone leave their post like that, and put the lives of the customers at risk like that just for a loose cigarette? The staff members we're nowhere to be seen, where we're they? And lastly the General manager that was on duty should have not allowed the security gaurd to neglect his post and leave a drug addict at the door. Every body who was on that shift does not deserve their job. I fear kfc from now onwards.
