****ndous intolarable drive thru service

<p>I have never experienced such terrible service from a drive-thru. Its a Saturday evening me and family decided to grab ourselves from KFC Alex Mall. Needles did know its gonna turn out to be the worst experience ever. We went to the drive-thru around 20h00 in the evening and had to wait for 30+ minutes before went the window and find out what could be the hold only to find out there's only 3 or 4 staff members working that evening. I though drive-thrus were made to convenience us but the KFC ones are made to inconvenience clients. After waiting for so long in the queue i ditched the car, went inside to order which took us another 20+ minutes point is we ended up having our supper at 22h00 so much for a service. I will never go to KFC drive-thrus again if that is the service celebrated there.</p>
