Nasty service

I am at KFC Phillip Nel Park at the moment and II came in at 8h15, when i came I asked the lady who was mopping the floor if I can use their electricity since we didn't have electricity at Danville, I bought my breakfast and I was in so much hurry and didn't check the rest of my order. I was suppose to select either coffee or juice and of which I didn't. A lady by the name of Julia at the till said I was supposed to choose and I explained that I did not see it. I then sat and worked, then Anna came loudly said where did the customer not see the option of choosing between the juice and the coffee and made a fun of me in front of other customers. She then called to come and see what I was supposed to choose. She later then switched off the plugs where I was working till, I called the manager to report the issue and the plugs where switched on.
