My Worst experience

I went to KFC at Kolonade Montana,While on the drive-through I came across an impolite Lady named Boitumelo who spoke to me very poorly..I had no idea why she was standing there because normally orders are taken through the window and instead of explaining to me about the changes she spoke to me in the worst possible manner,even rolling her eyes at me. She said \ Is this the first you come here? You should know that am waiting to take orders, why else would I stand outside\"..firstly with so many Kfc branches why would I make follow up on this specific one? and as an employee it is her Duty to explain any inconveniences to confused customers. Her tone and facial expressions really shocked me I couldn't believe the Level of Disrespect , I felt so undermined I have literally never come across such bad attitude from any fast food franchise,I couldn't let this bad encounter pass by so I informed her Seniers and she still tried to justify herself,I don't think that such terrible behavior should be allowed anywhere,even her apology wasn't sincere..she is very unprofessional."
