My Refund

I have had it with KFC I am not buying food from them in the store and especially not online. I ordered food online on 25 October 2019 before 12 pm, then they took my money, cancelled my order because its was raining heavy and there were no drivers to deliver my food and when I called the store they told me to contact customer service which I did. I was given a case number because they "escalated" the issue and was told that KFC will call me back. I asked them how long it takes to refund money that belongs you , but they couldn't even give me turn around time. My family and friends love KFC but I am very very very disappointed.
