My refund

On the 27th July I bought food online and the driver left with my food as he couldn't wait for me while trying to get a lift. I called the number on the website and was advised the money will be refunded to my bank. Up until today it was not paid. If you are willing please call me during office hours on *** or email ***. I need my money back.
