My refund

I don't know what to do to get my money back KFC, it might be nothing to you but it's money I worked hard for. You asked me to wait for 14 business days and I have and whenever I call your agents promise to call back and never do. First my order was cancelled without my knowledge and with no explanation. Now I have to struggle to get my money back.
