My Refund

I bought a meal from the KFC Observatory and my order was cancelled due to drivers not being available to deliver, they advised me i will receive my refund within 7-14 working days but still nothing ,i have been calling and sending emails no one is assisting they just keep sending me case/References they also sent me to my bank and my bank advised they did not receive anything from them. at this point i am giving up
