My order was never delivered

I ordered my food online which was to be delivered to my house from the KFC Commercial road PMB. I never recieved the order but online is shown as completed. I then personally drove to KFC Commercial road thinking that they maybe I can collect my order but they said that can't help me, at this point I just want to be refunded my money
