My order had to wait while everyone else after me got their orders first.

Yesterday afternoon I went into Port Alfred KFC restaurant inside to order and placed my order. While I waited I noticed that 6 vehicles when and ordered at the drive thru and got their orders before me then I also noticed that 2 orders after me inside got their food orders so I went to enquire about why my order isn't ready just to be told their out of chicken pieces and now have to wait 10 more minutes. Then they wanted to bribe me like I'm I little child with a small soft serve I declined. It should be first come first serve for your customers. It might not have been a so big issue but yesterday was as I was in a hurry and made me now very late for a breakdown of a client giving my company a bad name as that client was furious when I got to them.
