my love for the brand is lost!!!

Received the worst food/ service ever from the kfc in gateway, it's a TAKE AWAY, but I was given no serviettes, s****s or cups for my 2l, as if it wasn't disappointing enough, after spending almost R250 which incl. 10 pc family feast + Xtra + 2l, the 2 lrg chips that come with the family feast where not in the bag, absolutely unacceptable, and what made the experience that much worse was the broken down condition of the zinger wings and the tough dry pieces of what seemed to be chicken left in the warmer for way too long...worst ever, I wanted to go back to the store but was told by a friend that when it happened to him he was told that he should've checked his bag before he left store, if that's what was going to be the out come, what's the point.....it takes a high degree of frustration to type a report of complaint to store, my only hope is that this doesn't fall onto deaf ears...gateway kfc has destroyed my love I once had for this brand
