MY KFC TOWN CENTER DISAPPOINTMENT

Yesterday my friend and I went to have lunch at KFC in town centre. While I was busy placing my order by the cashier (Sandisiwe) she kept on having a conversation with her colleague. I ordered two lunch boxes, the zinger lunch box and chicken lunch box that comes with a regular cooldrink. She then told me that there's no regular cups available so we will have to buy a separate cool drink. Mind you that there was small cups available but she didn't bother informing us about that. I had to go up to her again to tell her that we will take the small cups instead. After I received my order I realised that it was both the same lunch boxes instead of the different once I ordered. Disappointing as I was I decided to accept my wrong order as I was hungry. The order came without any serviettes. Another disappointnent. The taps in the bathroom didn't work neither did the sanitisers. There was also no toilet paper available and the ladies bathroom door couldn't locked. I am deeply disappointed and upset at the service I received from the cashier and the stores condition. I won't recommend anyone to eat there as I won't go again myself.
