My family and I bought 2 street wise five meals with 2 packs of wings and we stay 32 km away from the KFC Claremont, but when we got home only 1 pack of the wings was in the bag

My family and I bought 2 street wise five meals with 2 packs of wings and we stay 32 km away from the KFC Claremont, but when we got home only 1 pack of the wings was in the bag. When I called them the phone wasn’t answered. I’m very disappointed because this is not the first KFC to do this to me.
