My drive thru nightmares

KFC Thaba Mall drive thru is the worst one yet. It took 30 mins for me to order with no one to take my orders at the ordering station. To be greeted by the worst smile ever and attitude. No apology or clarity why there's nobody to take orders . Received my meals and half cooked. I'm halfway to my destination.
