MY DISSATISFACTION WITH KFC SPRINGS MALL

My dissatisfaction with my recent experience at the KFC Springs Mall on February 5th, 2025.

I ordered a Crunch Burger, which I know to be a smaller-sized burger, but upon receiving it, I was disappointed to find that the chicken fillet was so small that it left a large portion of the dry bun exposed. This does not meet the standard I expect from KFC, and it seems that off-cuts are being used, which I find unacceptable.

I called the store and spoke to Elli, who advised that the burger's size was standard, explaining that both the bun and fillet were smaller. I requested her WhatsApp number to send her pictures of the burger, but instead, she sent me pictures of two different bun sizes and asked which one I preferred. My issue, however, lies with the size of the chicken fillet, not the bun.

Additionally, I noticed an ongoing issue with the portion of popcorn chicken (pops) at all KFC locations I’ve visited. The box is never properly opened, and there is a visible arch at the bottom of the box, leading to a gap between the top and bottom of the box, causing the portion to be underfilled. Is this a new practice at KFC to short-change customers?

I sincerely hope that KFC will look into these matters and improve the quality of the food and service, as these issues have affected my overall experience.
