Multiple shortage and unavailability/false advertising

Good day. I have a seriouse complaint about this store. So me and my family decided to go and get the new ghost pepper dunked burger at the newly revamped kfc at our game centre. So the waiter tells me it is not availble. i told the waiter that it is false advertising because the have it on the screen and i want it. A previouse time i went through the drivethrough, got home as to find chips short in the parcel. Another time i foud 1 piece chicken short when i got home. I also found the chicken one time when i checked my order in the drivethrough. This is pathetic and I will not in my life support this shop again. And i will encourage people arround me to also not go there because of poor service, and staff robbing cutomers
