Kfc Malboro, what a poor service i received. I went there because i ordered 9 piece and it was not delivere to me. I showed them the reference and i was told the driver has taken it. I ask if they could call the driver they said is not their problem but uberEats problem. What they can do they can only report the driver when they cash up or knock off. I will have to call uberEat myself because they also have to get paid as well. I asked for the driver s number they said they dont have it. I had to go out request for the driver s numbers from the other driver, tried to call the driver (Dine Jono) without success. I ended up buying another meal. I dont know if this consultant are trained to help people this way but their service is very poor. I went there to get help but i ended up helping myself.
