Mrd and KFC,' s bad service

I ordered a meal that has 6 pieces of chicken via mrd app and I asked nicely for 2 side breast and 1 side breast. KFC accepted the order and did not put in the pieces I asked for.. I logged a query on mrd and the respond was that once I place and order and have any requests, KFC can do whatever they want or give you whatever they want and not what you ordered
