Dear KFC Malamulele Management,

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and, more importantly, the quality of the food I received today.

I have been a regular customer at KFC Malamulele and have always purchased your chicken, particularly the chicken buckets, without any major concerns. Unfortunately, my experience today was completely different. The chicken served to me was of extremely poor quality and had an unpleasant smell that was strongly noticeable. The smell and condition of the chicken made it very difficult and unsafe for me to consider consuming it.

This is very concerning because I have always trusted KFC Malamulele to maintain good standards when it comes to the preparation, freshness and quality of its food. Today, however, it feels like the branch has seriously dropped the ball.

I have attached the receipt/photo as evidence of my purchase and would appreciate it if management could urgently look into this matter, including checking the food preparation and storage standards at the branch.

As a loyal customer, I believe I deserve an explanation and an appropriate resolution. I hope this matter will be taken seriously so that other customers do not experience the same problem. I look forward to your prompt response. Kind regards,
